Challenge: Logika is Ukraine's largest coding and English school network — 150,000+ graduates across 140+ locations — but its site ran on Tilda, which couldn't scale to the network's size or let non-technical staff manage branding and content across that many locations without a developer.
Solution: Built a component-based CMS on WordPress and ACF Pro through sprint-based delivery, including a custom image-positioning tool so non-technical staff could publish pages and seasonal branding themselves. Migrated the entire multi-city site off Tilda while preserving its existing information architecture, and wrote admin documentation to make the handover clean.
Result: Staff across 140+ locations can now independently publish pages and update seasonal branding without developer involvement, and the documented handover means the platform doesn't depend on ongoing developer support to keep running.

The map on this page isn't just an illustration — it's an interactive element that drives the behavior of the entire site. Selecting a region and city changes the context of the whole user session: the relevant branches for that specific city load automatically, and trial-lesson signup forms across the site get bound to that location on the spot.
This is wired directly into the school's CRM: every lead submitted through any form on the site lands in that specific city's sales funnel — so a manager immediately sees which location a lead came from, with no manual sorting or extra form fields needed.

Beyond forms, the chosen city also adapts the page's content — news, events and promotions from the media center are filtered to that city, so a visitor browsing from Dnipro never sees announcements for events in Kyiv or Lviv.
Below the map, the branch list auto-loads all locations for the selected city with addresses and one-click directions — the data is synced with the same location system that drives the forms and content, so everything stays consistent across the site.

This is the editing side of the platform: a WordPress admin built on top of ACF Pro, with custom fields and layout blocks tailored to how Logika's own staff actually work — not the generic WordPress dashboard. Editors pick from pre-built content blocks (hero banners, course cards, location listings, seasonal promo sections) instead of touching raw HTML or relying on a developer for every content change.
The custom image-positioning tool shown here lets staff crop and position banner and promo images directly in the admin, so seasonal campaigns across 140+ locations can go live the same day they're decided — no design handoff, no waiting on a developer, and no risk of breaking the page layout in the process.

The platform supports multiple visual themes on top of the same underlying components, and the site can switch between them automatically over the course of the year — the Christmas theme shown above is one example, layered over the same pages, courses and location structure without touching the underlying content.
Because theming is decoupled from content, the marketing team can plan and schedule seasonal looks (New Year, back-to-school, and others) in advance, and the site swaps the visual layer on schedule with no developer intervention needed to launch or roll back a campaign.
